Baby Jail
They have figured out that if they put their weight on the fence it moves. The don't look to sad about being confined though.

Crawling races
They start at one end of the room and one baby takes off for the bedroom and as soon as the other notices what is going on they join in the fun. It is a little bit like the turtle and the hair though because while on the journey one will usually get distracted and then the other will make it to me first.

Plank
You will find Tyler going into a plank and holding a plank many times through out the day. This kid is going to have some abs!

Emma standing
This little girl has figured out how to stand on her own. Only a matter of time until those first steps happen.

Rub-a-dub-dub
Two babies in a tub.
I finally put them in the bath together and they loved it. Emma turns out to be quite the entertainer and makes Tyler laugh. When he laughs she tries harder to make him laugh more. It is quite fun and by the end we are all soaked but had a wonderful time.

This is the place
Before it go to stormy we wanted to head out for a family adventure. We love walking around these grounds and the twins enjoyed a change of the usual.

Happy Mother's Day
When I thought about this Mother's Day it made me think of all those years I wanted to be a Mom and was struggling. This year was very low key but I got to spend it with the people I love and I can't beat that! Thank you to all the wonderful women in my life who have helped me along the path. I hope your Mother's Day was wonderful.

How is this comfortable
This little guy took a 3 hour nap in this position. I was so happy for the long nap however I am not sure how sleeping like this is comfortable.

Baby Confinement take 2
So first we had the Baby Jail. Next we had getting close however, by the end of the day of crawling over each other and pulling on each other I went for a different type of configuration. I really like this because it gives them and me space with keeping all of the dangerous stuff out of reach. Here's to life with two.

Getting close
Today while I was getting some stuff done around the house I came out to see this. So cute. They really like being close to each other.

Baby Jail
Today we set-up the play-yard. It was beyond time - Tyler loves to crawl to the dog dish and dump the water all over himself and Emma is really interested in everything on a bookcase. Solution Baby Jail. We are just trying to keep them safe and have some sanity for us.

Lowering the cribs
I can't believe we are already down to the bottom with the cribs. The twins are crawling and pulling themselves up on things so it was time. It feels weird that they aren't babies and more. I love this age though so I am not going to complain.

No Nap = Sleeping baby at dinner time
I put Emma down for her afternoon nap but this little lady just wouldn't sleep. I let her stay in her crib for an hour but she just and sang and didn't sleep. I was wondering how long it would take before she just gave in. At 5:30 we were eating dinner and she fell asleep mid-bite. Hopefully tomorrow she will want to take her nap!

Osama Bin Laden
9/11/01 changed my life in such a crazy way. I remember I was at JMBT studio's in Boston and we were doing our normal company class when Jose walked in and told us about the planes and twin towers. Susan Endrizzi and I stayed at the studio for a long time with Jose and Scott to figure out class cancellation etc. The next day taking the T into the city I remember the trash cans being removed and full realized Wow the world that I know is completely different. Fast forward to 5.1.11 and Bruce and I are living in UT in a basement apartment and our beautiful twins are sleeping in the bedroom and this news flashed across the TV. I am so grateful for the country we live in and the freedom we have. Not to mention all the brave men and women that protect this great nation. God Bless America.
