Finally a play date

We finally made it down to play with the Robison Twins.  Thanks Jace for sharing Winnie the Pooh with Tyler.  Side Note - Every time we make a play date it snows and we are all sad.  We went anyhow and it was totally fun.

Yesterday some friends stopped by with these beautiful flowers.  Maybe they were trying to help me get out of my winter funk by reminding me spring is right around the corner.  Thanks for the beautiful flowers and the fun visit.

Getting work done

Sometimes I wonder if I get everything I am suppose to get done actually done but this month it seams as if I might actually have been able to do it:)

Seeing Makenna:)

We drove down to see Makenna today and we had so much fun.  We went to Kneeders for French Toast but sad it was only for breakfast so we had yummy sandwiches and called it a day.

Emma in Swing

We got this little lady ready for church and put her in the swing and after Tyler was dressed this is how we found her.

Ballet

Tara, Presley, and I headed to the ballet.  It was really well done and we had a blast.  First Ballet, then some shopping and finally dinner:)

Today we got to play with Jeremy Hendrix.  Suzanne's Dad and Bruce's Dad were Best-Friends, Bruce and Kent are best friends and now there are these 3.  I can't wait to see the fun they get into.

I am a little bit of a FreeCell Geek..

It all started when I was on bed rest with the twins and spent many hours playing free-cell on my phone to help with the long hours.  I started with game one and today I met to game 3000.  Yep haven't lost one game yet.  I think it might be time to give up the Free-Cell game.

Flowers from Valentines Day

I feel so lucky that my Hubby brought me home these.  It was a Happy Valentines Day indeed.

Valentines Day

Valentine's Day means a lot more when you have kids.  I didn't know how much I could love until these two entered my life.  

By the way - I didn't pose them holding hands they just really like each other.

Serving in YW

I love serving with the YW in our church and sometimes we get a bonus like these yummy dipped strawberries from April.  

Hair Day

Today I was lucky enough to get out of the house and get my hair cut:)  Thanks Bruce for being such an awesome Dad and taking care of the kids while I got some much needed pampering!!!

 

Ballet

Headed to BYU to see BYU's Theater Ballet's production of Cinderella.  It was so nicely done and Shani did a great job with the choreography.  I was very proud to have been part of that organization.  Congratulations to all involved.  Thanks Shani for the ticket and the fun night out!!!

Pilates

Today I got the chance to go and find my powerhouse again.  It was so nice to feel my body move and work that way again!

Christmas came late for one of us..

Oliver finally got his Christmas present today.  He loves his Flossies and was so excited to get his Christmas Presents.

what would I do without the bucket

After a night of Tyler being up from 12:00a - 3:30a and Emma being up from 3:30a - 5:30a at which point I got Bruce up I was happy to see this guy.  Some days I think it is the only way I make it through as a happy and sane Mom.

The look of RSV

The twins haven't been getting better so today we went back to the Doctor and here is the result.  RSV! I was filled with mixed emotion and very sad that they were having a hard time breathing. I felt like did I do enough to protect them?  How could I have prevented this?  Are they going to be OK?  Are we heading back to NICU with all those long nights and machines.  Needless to say they sent us home with a nebulizer and a treatment plan.  Emma and Tyler are hooked up every 4-6 hours and we are scheduled to head back tomorrow for a check-up.  I am grateful they feel better after the treatment and hopefully we caught it in the early stages.

Ode to the Dishwasher

As I was loading up the dishwasher tonight I was really grateful for modern technology.  I can't even remember having to do all the dishes by hand.  I have a great appreciation for this guy.  Put all your dirty dishes in and they come out clean.  Now if only the rest of my house was that easy to clean up.

Happy Baby

Both Emma and Tyler like to play with their toes.  Usually I am playing with them to be able to capture the image but today I finally caught one of our happy girl

Baby it is cold outside...

Granted we are not in the northeast and covered under feet of snow however it is COLD here.  I took this in the morning and it didn't warm up much more then this during the day.  Needless to say we stayed in and played.

Didn't get out of our PJ's all day....

Tyler has a cold and I just didn't want to change them out of their cute PJ's.  Thankfully they don't know the difference so we all stayed in our PJ's all day (expect for Bruce who had to go to work)
